This is a SOLID WOOD, reclaimed door from the 1950's.

This ol' gal had 4 (four) layers of paint that needed removed with paint stripper, followed by a heat-gun. She was then scraped and sanded with 60, 80, 120 and 220 grit sandpaper. She is primed and painted - BEHR Big Flirt (red) in HIGH GLASS Finish.

This lovely gal was stubborn to work with and took 7 long days to refinsh, but my was it worth it! As fashion icon Bill Blass once said, "When in doubt - wear red".

Handles available as shown, but are not required to purchase.

This is a decorative door that could be installed with a sliding track (think of a Barn Door). We OFFER this service as well.
