Make an Evergreen Wreath in 3 EASY Steps

Updated: Dec 1, 2021

Christmas Trees are PRICEY this year! I have seen fresh cut trees priced around Pittsburgh at $150.00 and up, while fresh wreaths are a whopping $65.00.

Save some serious dough and make your own wreath out of your holiday clippings!

STEP 1: SUPPLIES

You'll need tree clippings, floral wire, snips and scissors.

STEP 2: MAKE BUNCHES Wrap 2-3 clippings together with floral wire. Repeat this until you have 6-10 bunches.

Step 3: CREATE (and be patient with yourself)!

Using the wreath frame as your guide, place your first evergreen bunch along the frame and use your floral wire to wrap/attach the bunch to the frame hanger.

As you go around the frame, tuck/overlap the remaining bunches and secure them with more floral wire. No need to worry about being super slick with your floral-wire-skills. The green wire blends right in with the pine needles!

TA'DA! You made a Wreath!
